The place was extremely clean and the aesthetic of the hotel was such a vibe. All the decor was super up to date and nice. There is lots to do in the area which is cool for children as well. The staff was super welcoming and personable. Stephany checked us in and out and another female advised us on the shuttle that took us to Old San Juan. The check in process was easy and not hassling at all. we extended our stay with out a problem.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, even the cleaning ladies, the design is AMAZING. I wasn't up for a loud party but the fact that it is close to so much entertainment and food is a major plus. I'll know to go back there when I'm up for it.

Service, clean, attention, facilities, location. Have a lot a things to do around the hotel and places to eat. The trolley take us to Viejo San Juan and pass every half hour, it's a service for free.

The breakfast was not bad. I think more variety of foods should of been an option. Beef and Turkey products available. Location of the hotel is excellent.

Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I'd stay here again. It was a great spot for a couples getaway with easy Uber rides all around San Juan.
